The cost to reserve a vendor table at Come Alive is $75 per table.

This fee includes your table setup, event access for one representative, and several promotional opportunities before the conference and throughout the weekend. It’s a great way to share your products or services with women from across the region while supporting a meaningful event!

When you book a vendor table at Come Alive, you’ll receive:

• ✨ Free event admission for one vendor representative

• ✨ A shout-out from the stage during the event

• ✨ Your business featured on our pre-event promotion

To make the most of your vendor table at Come Alive, we recommend bringing:

• 🧺 A table covering and any display setup you need to showcase your products or services

• 📄 Promotional materials and signage

• 💼 Business cards or contact information to share with attendees

• 💳 Point of sale tools if you're selling items (cash/change, Square reader, etc.)

• Make your space warm, inviting, and uniquely you—this is your chance to connect and make an impact!

• ✨ Vendor spaces are limited and will be confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.

• ✨ Vendors are welcome to attend event sessions when not managing their booth.

• ✨ We ask all vendors to help maintain a peaceful and respectful atmosphere, in keeping with the heart and purpose of Come Alive.

• ✨ Products and services offered should be appropriate for a Christian women’s audience and align with the values of the event.
